Paleo Banana Bread

Paleo Banana Bread - All Natural & Good

This recipe is a high in rotein, gluten free, quick, easy and delicious!

What you need: (makes 12 servings)
3 ripe mashed bananas
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey
¼ cup palm shortening
2 cups blanched almond flour
½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Mix the bananas, eggs, vanilla, honey and shortening in a stand mixer. Add the almond flour, salt, baking soda and mix. Add the batter to a loaf pan and bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes.
