Tea Tree Suppositories

I try to go all natural whenever I can and that even goes for caring for my lady parts. I found these Tea Tree Suppositories on Amazon with great reviews but I figured I would save some money and make my own since I have an arsenal of essential oils and coconut oil at home. These tea tree suppositories are so easy to make!

What you need: (per suppository)

1/4 teaspoon melted coconut oil
5 drops tea tree essential oil
tampon

Directions:

Add the tea tree oil to the melted coconut oil. Take a tampon and remove the wrapper. Push on the applicator slightly to expose part of the tip. Saturate the tip in the oil mixture then insert into the vagina overnight. You can also use them throughout the day, but be sure to change it out each time you use the restroom.

In my experience, it takes a total of 4 suppositories to work. You can knock out all 4 in one day or 1-2 times over 2-4 days – it’s totally up to you! You may feel a cooling and tingling sensation during the first several minutes after insertion. Please consult a doctor for medical advice and treatment. This is from personal experience only and I only use Young Living essential oils.
