Hi, I’m Tabitha and I create content for all things health, wellness and motherhood. Thanks for following along!
First, I became a mom…
I started All Natural & Good in 2013 when I was about to become a mom for the first time. My background is in child and family development, so blogging was really just a passion of mine that started from scratch with the help of my husband.
When I became pregnant in 2013, I was becoming more aware of what I was putting in and on my body. I was always concerned about what was safe or not safe to use while pregnant. I began making my own all natural sugar scrubs, deodorant and other body products to live a healthier life.
As a mom who was looking to become more natural, All Natural & Good became a platform for me to share my recipes, thoughts and ideas. Don’t get me wrong though, I am still a regular mom who loves to indulge and write about that too!
Then, I went viral…
My story about being a breast milk donor went viral with millions of views. I have been able to spread awareness about milk sharing through my story, which has been featured in newspapers, magazines and the media world-wide. I have been interviewed by Good Morning America too!
Although donating breast milk isn’t anything new for me (as I had been donating since 2016), it has become a platform for my blog and has been the inspiration behind some of my content.
Since All Natural & Good began, I have had three kids in less than four years and All Natural & Good continues to grow with them. You can follow me along this crazy motherhood journey right here on All Natural & Good and Pinterest. Thanks so much for your support!
I have an aloe Vera plant so would like to use that in the recipe for hand sanitizer. Any tips? Should I just peel back the leaves to extract the gel inside them until I have the amount needed for the recipe? I assume the 60% alcohol content will kill any impurities in the raw plant. What do you think?
Hi Charlene,
How cool! We have aloe vera plants too. I love this idea! I do not have any tips for extracting it but if you have any luck using aloe from your plant to make homemade hand sanitizer, please share and let us all know how it goes 🙂
Best,
Tabitha

Fresh poppy pods are the seed pods that are harvested from the poppy flower. Poppies are known for their beautiful flowers, but it’s their seed pods that are of the most value. These pods contain the seeds for the next crop and, when dried, they are frequently used in floral arrangements and other decorative crafts. By using fresh poppy pods, you can take your art to the next level as it gives a natural and pleasant look to your creations.
