Getting started with CBD oils and products can be overwhelming and sometimes difficult to understand.
Now don’t get me wrong, I am no expert here. I actually do not use CBD products at this time since I am breastfeeding and a breast milk donor, but my husband uses CBD products, I have attended CBD workshops at conferences and I have researched CBD to learn more about the oils and products and their amazing health benefits.
CBD in the oil form may not be for everyone, so the great thing is that CBD products come in many forms. First, let me clear the air about CBD.
