This healthy homemade pumpkin juice recipe is so yummy! It is made with natural ingredients and there is absolutely no added sugar. It is sweetened with apple juice and apricot preserves.
Who loves pumpkin everything? This is another pumpkin recipe to add to the list. It is so healthy and super delicious!
I have to thank my my cousin for this recipe. She is a die-hard Harry Potter fan, and she found this recipe after falling in love with the pumpkin juice at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios, Florida.
She said, “[My grandma and I] just looked up ingredients and tried different measurements, and kept trying it until we got it right.” Last weekend for Sunday brunch, my cousin made this juice, and it was fabulous – perfect for October.
You must try this stuff! What a great Halloween drink or a festive holiday party crowd-pleaser.
Here is the recipe for homemade pumpkin juice:
- 1 can frozen apple juice
- 2 cans water
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or use an emersion blender just for a quick mix.
- Add the pumpkin juice to a pitcher and serve chilled.
