This DIY belly rub supports mama’s skin, especially during and after pregnancy when your belly is changing. This recipe supports healthy skin and normal signs of aging. I used this recipe when I was pregnant and early postpartum with all three of my kids and I must say, it is amazing!!

To make your own belly rub you will need:

  1. 1/4 cup organic extra virgin coconut oil
  2. 2 drops lavender essential oil
  3. 2 drops frankincense essential oil
  4. 4 oz Mason Jar

Directions:

Combine the oils in a mason jar for storing. Apply to the belly and to stressed skin twice daily.
