Easy Homemade Caesar Dressing

This easy homemade caesar salad dressing is so delicious and doesn’t require a raw egg! I think it is the most delicious caesar dressing I have EVER had.

Even better, you can substitute ingredients as needed. Replace the mayo with greek yogurt for a healthier version that still tastes amazing.

I mean, who doesn’t love caesar salad? It is the best! But there is just nothing like homemade salad dressing. Ours keeps in the fridge for weeks just fine and the kids love it too.

If you are an anchovy lover, you can definitely substitute the paste for actual anchovies. (PS…so many people do not realize caesar dressing has anchovies in it and immediately become disgusted when they find out). But let me tell you, it doesn’t taste the slightest bit fishy and if you’re better off not knowing, fine. I bet you’ll love it either way!
