I love salad dressing! To me, a salad is not complete without it. I love to dip a lot of food in dressing too. The problem is, many salad dressings are high in fat, sugar and salt as well as contain additives. Just take a look at the ingredients in your store-bought salad dressing and you will see what I mean.

Here are a few healthy, natural and easy salad dressings that you can whip up in just 2 minutes!

Sweet and Tangy Balsamic Vinaigrette

2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 teaspoons honey or agave
4 drops of your favorite citrus Vitality essential oil
4 tablespoons olive oil
Mix it up! It tastes great with a Caprese salad.

A Simple Vinaigrette

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey or agave
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 drops lemon Vitality oil
4 tablespoons olive oil

Ginger Honey Soy Dressing

2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 drops ginger Vitality oil
4 tablespoons olive oil
