I love using my new VitaClay organic cooker and stock pot and coming up with some healthy meals for my family like this VitaClay chicken noodle soup recipe.
Winter is my favorite time of year to make my favorite soups and stews and my VitaClay is the perfect cooker for a recipe like this chicken noodle soup.
If you aren’t familiar with the VitaClay organic cooker, it is a clay pot cooker that is non-toxic and its multi-functioning allows for cooking meals faster, but in a healthier way.
Too many people are unknowingly cooking their healthy, organic food in toxic cookware coating with chemicals that leach into food.

What’s even better? There is very little clean-up!
What you need to make this VitaClay chicken noodle soup:

2-3 celery stalks, chopped
1 whole onion, chopped
5-10 whole garlic cloves (I prefer a lot of garlic)
Fresh herbs of your choice – I like using thyme and parsley from my garden
Directions:
Add the chicken to the VitaClay pot. Add the remaining ingredients on top, except for the noodles.
Cook on slow for 2 hours, adding the uncooked noodles in the last 10 minutes.
