Here are my favorite detox water recipes you should try!

I am updating this post after being inspired by a recent family trip to Hawaii. The resort served a different fruit water every day. These detox waters are perfect for staying hydrated and detoxing the body.

We all know how healthy it is to drink plenty of water, but these detox water recipes flush out toxins and support weight management.

Here are my favorite detox water recipes:

  1. Tropical Water: cucumber, citrus fruit, strawberries, pineapple and edible flowers
  2. Cinnamon Lemon Detox Water: cinnamon sticks and lemon wedges
  3. Any combination of the following fruits, vegetables and herbs:
  • citrus fruit: lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine
  • strawberries
  • watermelon
  • cucumber
  • pineapple
  • basil leaves
  • rosemary stems
  • mint leaves

Tip: Add a splash of raw apple cider vinegar to flush out toxins and support weight management.
