Here are my favorite infused water recipes to try!

I am updating this post after being inspired by a recent family trip to Hawaii. The resort served a different fruit water every day. These detox waters are perfect for staying hydrated and detoxing the body.

We all know how healthy it is to drink plenty of water, but these infused water recipes flush out toxins and support weight management. These infused water recipes detox the body, promote weight loss, burns fat and even helps clear skin.

Not to mention, this makes water taste so good without any added sugars, sweeteners, additives or toxins. 

Lately we have been making our own flavored sparkling waters by using our infused water in our Soda Stream. Not only do we save a lot of money but it is healthier and more fresh. Add a splash of gin or vodka to make it a low calorie cocktail.

Here are my favorite detox water recipes to try:

  1. Tropical Infused Water: cucumber, citrus fruit, strawberries, pineapple and edible flowers
  2. Cinnamon Lemon Detox Water: cinnamon sticks and lemon wedges
  3. Any combination of the following fruits, vegetables and herbs make a great infused water:
  • citrus fruit: lemon, lime, grapefruit, tangerine
  • strawberries
  • watermelon
  • cucumber
  • pineapple
  • basil leaves
  • rosemary stems
  • mint leaves

Tip: Add a splash of raw apple cider vinegar to flush out toxins and support weight management.
