Hummus is so yummy and healthy, so why not make your own when you can! This easy homemade hummus saves money and is healthier than some store-bought options.
I just love hummus. Yum! It is a great healthy snack and great served as a dip for veggies, chips and more.
Hummus is such a crowd pleaser, isn’t it? It can also get expensive which is why we love to make it at home. This recipe is so good and can be modified as needed. I like dipping my homemade garlic bread in it.
I originally found this recipe on the Young Living blog and thought it was worth adapting for All Natural & Good. If you don’t have lemon oil, you can use some lemon juice.

- 1 cup cooked garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup cashews, soaked for 2 hours
