Healthy Chocolate Shake

I love sweets! And I love ice cream! I wish I could eat it everyday, but unfortunately it is not the best for our health and is high in fat and sugar. With this easy and delicious healthy chocolate shake recipe you can have your ice cream and eat it too 😉 (or so my kids think).

This healthy chocolate shake has no ice cream, is low in sugar, low in fat and tastes just like a real chocolate shake! No joke!!

Although this recipe calls for one whole frozen banana, I promise you it does not have a strong banana taste. My daughter actually hates banana and normally knows if I sneak it into things, but not with this recipe. The banana is what makes it naturally sweet, thick and creamy like a real ice cream shake.

For the kids, I often times use milk as the base to make it full of calories and super creamy. For myself, I go for the organic soy milk.

Healthy Chocolate Shake

Blend it all up in a vitamix or blender and enjoy!
