
I love this recipe on a hot summer day! What is great about it is that it hides healthy greens (kale) and your kids won’t even know!
What you need:
2 cups water
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 drops Young Living lemon essential oil
*Please note: It is important to use essential oils that are considered safe to consume internally. That is why I only use and recommend Young Living essential oils.
1 cup kale (fresh or frozen – I use frozen)
1 cup of frozen strawberries – add more if desired
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
