This frozen strawberry lemonade with kale is so healthy and you would not believe it has green veggies in it! I was so thrilled that I was able to sneak in that kale without my kids noticing too. I especially love this recipe on a hot summer day!
This frozen drink reminds me of a strawberry daiquiri and I’m sure if you add a splash of vodka to it, it will be a healthier version of one. I always have these ingredients on hand (at the very least in the freezer) so I can blend up some frozen strawberry lemonade anytime.
In the summertime, this drink is a real treat. Super refreshing on a warm day. Whether relaxing by the pool or grilling with friends, this frozen drink is one of my favorites.
If you don’t have any kale (or don’t want it), then no worries. It makes a great frozen strawberry lemonade as is without any added greens.
