I love my Young Living starter kit because it has everything I need. Whether you are new to essential oils or just looking for ideas, here are 100 uses for the Young Living starter kit.
I use this kit EVERY day for just about EVERY thing…from homemade beauty products and cleaning products to taking them as a dietary supplement or diffusing to cleanse the air or support a healthy mood, I just LOVE them!
It is extremely economical because a little does go a long way. I save tons of money every year since I stopped purchasing beauty, cleaning and wellness products at stores and starting using my premium starter kit for these things. 100 Uses for the Young Living Starter Kit
Lavender
Lavender’s sweet, floral aroma is soothing and refreshing. It is great for relaxing and winding down before bedtime. It is gentle (a great choice for babies) and the most versatile of all essential oils. You can really use it for anything!
Basic Uses:
- Diffuse or rub onto the bottoms of feet to relax and wind down
- Add to bubble bath or epsom salts in your bath to calm and comfort
- Apply topically as needed

Peppermint
Peppermint is one of the oldest and most highly regarded herbs for supporting normal digestion, promoting healthy intestinal function and gastrointestinal system comfort. When applied topically, peppermint should be diluted with a carrier oil since it is a “hot” oil.
Basic Uses:
- Add a drop to herbal tea to help aid normal digestion
- Massage several drops on the abdomen, place a drop on wrists, or inhale to soothe minor stomach discomfort associated with travel
- Rub one drop on the temples, forehead, over the sinuses (careful to avoid contact with your eyes), and on the back of the neck to relieve head pressure
- Place 2 drops on the tongue and rub another drop under the nose to help improve concentration and alertness
- Apply to the back of the neck and shoulders throughout the day to keep energy up
- Apply topically to your temples or neck, or put a drop on your tongue or in water to jump-start your morning routine
- Diffuse as needed to help curb your appetite
- Rub a drop on your abdomen to soothe minor stomach discomfort

Lemon is great for cleaning, enhancing flavor in food/drinks, energizing and to support the circulatory system.

Frankincense
Frankincense has been used since ancient times and was once more valuable than gold! It supports the appearance of healthy-looking skin and is excellent to use for massage after activity.
Basic Uses:
- Diffuse to ground and focus
- Rub onto the bottom of feet to help alleviate nervous energy

Copaiba
Copaiba is powerful! It comes from South America and has traditionally been used to aid digestion and support the body’s natural response to injury or irritation.
Uses:

Thieves
Thieves is a blend of clove, cinnamon, lemon, eucalyptus and rosemary essential oils. It is inspired by the legend of four 15th-century French thieves who formulated a special aromatic combination composed of clove, rosemary, and other botanicals they used while robbing the dead and dying.
Young Living has an entire line of Thieves products because it is that amazing!! It supports the immune system and respiratory system.
When applied topically, Thieves should be diluted with a carrier oil.

PanAway
PanAway is a stimulating blend of wintergreen, helichrysum, clove, and peppermint essential oils. It supports the muscular/skeletal system and the appearance of healthy skin coloration. When applied topically, PanAway should be diluted with a carrier oil.
Uses:
- Massage onto joints and muscles including neck, back, shoulders or to other problem areas
- Add 6-8 drops to 1 cup of epsom salt in your bath
- Rub 1 drop onto temples to ease minor head tension
Purification
Purification is a refreshing blend of citronella, lemongrass, lavandin, rosemary, tea tree and myrtle essential oils. It is most commonly used to freshen the air, eliminate odors and improve the appearance for healthy looking skin. Use it outdoors for an annoyance-free environment.

- Add a couple drops to shoes to help neutralize odors

R.C.
R.C. is a unique blend of cypress, spruce and 3 types of eucalyptus essential oils. It supports the respiratory system.
Uses:
- Rub 3 drops onto the bottoms of feet before bedtime to encourage an atmosphere of comfort
- Apply to the feet or chest before exercise to uplift and inspire
DiGize
DiGize is a blend of ginger, anise, fennel, peppermint, tarragon, lemongrass, patchouli and juniper essential oils. It is primarily used as a dietary supplement. It supports the digestive system.
Uses:
- Take orally with every meal to support a daily wellness regimen
- When traveling abroad, use as a dietary supplement in your water
Stress Away
Stress Away is a blend of copaiba, lime, cedar wood, vanilla, ocotea and lavender essential oils. It is a natural solution to combatting normal stresses we experience in everyday life. It induces relaxation and reduces occasional nervous tension.
