I just love anything lavender! I love its calming and relaxing effects, especially when it is time to wind down before bedtime. And the flora aroma? MMM! It is also extremely versatile and gentle. Definitely an essential oil that is great for the entire family. Make some calming homemade sleep spray for a relaxing aroma after a long day. If you’ve ever had a sleepy time tea this is similar but in a spray version – that you don’t consume. Enjoy the calming aroma and relax after a long day. Not to mention, your linens will smell amazing!

It is more than just a sleepy time spray. It can be used as an air freshener, as a natural alternative to febreeze or as a cleaner.
What you need to make your own calming homemade sleep spray:
- 2 ounce spray bottle
- 1 teaspoon witch hazel
- 10 drops of lavender essential oil
- Distilled water
Directions:
Add witch hazel and lavender essential oil to the bottle then top it off with distilled water. Shake before each use.
