Homemade Sleepy Time Spray

I just love anything lavender! I love its calming and relaxing effects, especially when it is time to wind down before bedtime. And the flora aroma? MMM! It is also extremely versatile and gentle. Definitely an essential oil that is great for the entire family. Make some calming homemade sleep spray for a relaxing aroma after a long day. If you’ve ever had a sleepy time tea this is similar but in a spray version – that you don’t consume. Enjoy the calming aroma and relax after a long day. Not to mention, your linens will smell amazing!

I like to spritz our calming homemade sleep spray on all of our pillows before bed, on the sheets and even under my kids’ beds to scare the “monsters” away. Not sure about using this around your kids? Read up on essential oils for babies for some insight.

It is more than just a sleepy time spray. It can be used as an air freshener, as a natural alternative to febreeze or as a cleaner.
